Who/What is Merchelevated?
The main idea behind Merchelevated is to help local Streamers / Influencers / Content Creators to promote their own unique merchandise and to take the risk & effort from their hands and manage/sell on their behalf. What better way to have them all togehter here.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to RSA residents only.

From order placement when will my package be delivered?
As all orders are all printed-on-demand (Not stocked, only manufactured once order is received.). All domestic orders are shipped via Courier (within 5-7 business days once processed.) Should there be stock shortage on the material please be patient and allow a few days extra for us to prepare the package.

Exchange & Returns.
Due to the nature of our sales , we are unable to fulfill exchange or refunds requests. Please ensure that your sizing is correct. For this reason all items are final sale.

But what should I do if a damaged product arrives at my door?
Please contact support here with your order number, name, and email associated with your order.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?
Any order that is returned to sender for adress errors or other reasons are refunded the net price of the order less the shipping costs.

What payments do you accept?
We only accept MANUAL EFT. (Which needs to clear before order can be processed.)
